Pumpkin Picking!

        Wow! I had such a busy week! I also had a lot of fun :) First thing I want to share is how my doctors appointment went with my surgeon last Thursday. She couldn't be happier!!! She said I am getting big and doing amazingly well and she's super happy we decided not to do the surgery. I will go back and see her in three months. OT went well last week. I have finally figured out how to use a straw which is a big deal! This past weekend Mommy took me Trunk or Treating in Powell with some friends and I had a pretty good time.  I made Mommy carry me most of the time! I went as Baby Snoopy.  It's not my official Halloween costume, but it was a gift and I wanted to use it and boy did I look CUTE! We also went to The Quarter Horse Congress and had a great time watching all the horses run! Last week I didn't get a chance to upload a lot of pictures from our Pumpkin Patch trip so I will do that today along with my trips to the Dr., Trunk or Treating and Congress! I hope you all enjoy them :)

       I'd like to ask you all to please say a prayer for my Grandpa Vance (Mommy's Daddy) He just lost his wife, Joni Vance to dementia last night. She was only 54. Although we are very saddened by this, she had been sick for a long time and is now in a much better place. Thank you.

Ready for Fall!

   This week has been good! I got to go to my first Pumpkin Patch. I got to pick out my very first pumpkin, Pet Goats, Ride in a wagon, and take lots of pictures! I loved it! Last year I wasn't allowed to go out and do anything like that so now that I can I am enjoying it! OT went well last week. I enjoy going and seeing my therapist and checking out what she has for me. I am still eating really well but am stuck on snack foods. I don't really care for meals. PT wasn't so good this week. I only felt like sitting on Mommy and Daddy's laps. I am all caught up in PT and OT (speech) we just have to work on my eating  with OT :) We have been working on colors and I can say Yellow, Red, Purple, Blue, and I try to say Green. I have an appointment with my surgeon this Thursday. It is just a check up, but who knows what she has in mind. Thank you all for your continued prayers, kind though's, and love!

Good Week

   I had another good week! I did really well at OT and they want to start keeping track of my calories. The more I eat by mouth the less I have to eat through my G/J Tube! Over the weekend Mommy and I had bad colds but we're both finally starting to feel better. I have another new tooth which makes number 16! No big plans this week, but next week I go to see my surgeon and as long as she likes the way everything is going nothing should change...and we like that :) Thanks for reading!

A First For Everything

       The first part of my week went great  My acid reflux is back under control PTL.  OT and PT went pretty well.  I'm eating lots of different foods and asking for more when I run out!  My favorite food is a snack called Veggie Straws.  I had 38 straws on Saturday, Mommy and Daddy say that's insane for me I just say they are insanely good.  New measurements are 32.5 inches tall, 26 lbs. I also have 3 new teeth which makes 15!
       Now for the first mentioned in the title.  I was in my first car accident on Sunday.  After visiting the new Costco at Easton we were on our way back home.  It happened right at the on ramp from Easton to 270.  I can't go into too many details because the claims are still pending says Daddy, but our car hit the car in front of us and Mommy and Daddy's air bags went off and scared me so bad I started screaming and crying.  I got to meet a state highway patrol officer for the first time too.  I think he felt bad for me being in the car so he didn't give Daddy a ticket.  No body was hurt thank goodness.  I hope it's my last car accident ever, they are way too scary.  Just remember to drive safely everyone and I love you, see me soon!
