Taking care of Mommy on Daddy's birthday.


       Unfortunately Mommy did have to have surgery to remove a big ovarian cyst.  Luckily the doctor was able to drain it and Mommy came home the same day.  I got to spend time with my Memaw and Pepaw Bragg and had a good time.  When Mommy and Daddy came to get me I was ready to take care of Mommy.  The next day when I woke up I went to her room and asked if she was feeling alright and asked if her belly was feeling better.  Later that day I rubbed Mommy's back and held her hand for a while (she LOVED it) I continued to help Daddy take care of her and she is doing much better now!  We did have lots of visitors and lots of food brought over so thank you to everyone who helped make this time a little easier for us.  We really appreciated it!  Sunday was Daddy's and Grandpa Vance's birthday so we went out to lunch to celebrate!!!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY AGAIN DADDY AND GRANDPA!!!!!!!!   I got to play outside today it was a little cool...the weather was high 40s - low 50's, but it felt warmer with the sun shining. I loved it. I can't wait until its warm outside everyday. I did get a small cold this week. Coughing, sneezing, runny nose, but it wasn't that bad and is already going away thanks to medicine.

Small Update.


        I am doing great (knock on wood) my surgery site has no redness and is not sore at all.  Daddy shaved off his facial hair recently and I did not like it.  I asked things like "what happened to your face" "why does your face look wired" and "is your face going to look like that forever" we all got a kick out of it. (Sorry Daddy)  Mommy might have to have surgery this week, but we wont know until tomorrow so everyone please pray we get good news.  Thank you.

Another Slow Week.



       We haven't done much this week. We we did go shopping for a new washer and dryer.  Mommy and Daddy made it fun...I liked sitting on the dryers and I even climbed in a couple! :)  Mommy and Daddy introduced me to The Wii!!!  I played bowling, baseball, boxing and tennis.  I loved playing all the games and was really good at it! Sunday we went to my Memaw and Pepaws house to watch Super Bowl 50 where the team we were rooting for won (Denver Broncos) We had a good time and I liked a lot of the commercials!  My surgery site is looking great and not red or sore at all anymore!

Happy February!


       We've sort of been laying low this week since I am still recovering.  I am doing great though!  My steri-strips came off the other night when I was sleeping and turns out I had a tiny bit of an allergic reaction to it so my surgery site was pretty red, but got better after a couple of days.  I was a little scared when I saw that my steri-strips had fallen off because I didn't want anyone touching it and Daddy talked me into letting him get some fuzz off of it the night before so when I saw that it was off I blamed him. :)  It was super itchy, but Mommy said that means its healing so hopefully next week it will be like nothing happened!  The only thing we did was go to my Grandmas Fisher's house on Sunday.  She lives two hours away, but is moving closer so we went to help her move some of her things.  My cousin Chance was there and we had fun playing together and getting muddy.  That is probably going to be the last time I get to go down to that house so I made sure I had a good time.
I just want to take a moment to say thank you so much to everyone that has and is praying for me.  Mommy, Daddy and I really appreciate all of the love!
