I'M FOUR!!!

Last week started good and then ended not so good... Thursday we went shopping for my birthday party and my left ear started hurting. We were at Costco so we went over to see Daddy's friends at the hearing center and they checked my ear and said it was just wax build up so we bought some medicine to help devolve the ear wax and went home. I hated the medicine, but was able to fall asleep when we got home and Mommy and Daddy thought Id feel better once I woke up. That did not happen... I woke up screaming about two hours later so we had to go see my pediatrician and flush the ear wax out (which I hated!) Daddy had to hold me still and I screamed the whole time. The nurses thought it was funny that I kept screaming "I WANNA GET OUTTA HERE" and "DADDY GET OFF ME" Mommy held my hand the whole time and I couldn't wait to get to her afterwards. After that I felt a little better and they were able to see that I had an ear infection (which I haven't ever had before) and put me on antibiotics. Friday and Saturday I was pretty much back to normal. Sunday April 24th was my 4th birthday! Mommy and Daddy threw me an Avengers themed party and I had a blast with all the kids that came dressed up as super heroes! We have a lot of pictures for you. It was a great party, but first I want to tell you how well I did at soccer this week!!! I didn't want to go out at first, but Daddy talked me into it and after that I wanted to play the whole time. My coaches had to make me sit down to rest! Also all day Sunday I wasn't feeling well...so for me to go out and play soccer and then have my party was kind of hard for me. We thought it was just allergies because my eyes were red and puffy and I was sneezing. (I didn't start any of this until after Mommy had mowed the yard) My whole party I looked pitiful and kept sneezing, but was running around playing and having a great time! When people started to leave I went inside to watch TV and relax. Mommy gave me some allergy medicine and then went to clean up from my party when she came back in to check on me and I was laying on the couch burning up so she took my temperature and it was 101 it scared Mommy because everyone thought it was just allergies. So Mommy gave me Tylenol and laid with me up in her bed until my fever went down and I fell asleep. I slept for 12 hours and when I woke up on Monday I was fine!!! Thank God!
